Tricep stretches: The long head is the only muscle of the triceps that extends over both, the elbow and the shoulder joint. For that reason this exercise can only stretch the long head of the triceps.
To stretch the triceps we raise one arm to have its upper part close to our head. Bend the elbow joint maximally and bring your hand as far as possible down your back. The other hand grabs the bent arm pulling it closer to or even behind the head. Feel the stretch tension on the backside of your upper arm.
