Side trunk stretches increase the mobility of the lumbar spine. Especially, the deep abdominal muscles with the quadratus lumborum will be stretched.
Tricep stretches: The long head is the only muscle of the triceps that extends over both, the elbow and the shoulder joint. For that reason this exercise can only stretch the long head of the triceps.
Abdominal stretches is important and very easy to perform. It improves the mobility and strengthens your muscles.
