Shoulder stretches: The shoulder represents the most flexible joint of the human body. To ensure a good mobility we should stretch the shoulders regularly.
Shoulder stretches can be performed quite easily. We cross one arm stretched over our chest. The other arm crosses over this arm pulling it toward the body. This causes a decent tension in the middle and back part of the deltoid as well as in the external rotators. The stretching increases the more we move the arm up toward shoulder hight.
